ahhh that was my problem! well...never mind it made me feel special for a while!
So what exact HTML things wont work?
And also why every now and then do i get up Input window must be empty? and erm.... error in respect to or something like that....or is it expect or something

I have no idea hon.... I just know you can't use java in h2g2 and I learned that from stealth...

Seriously! put in the *testuserpage* where the U is in the bar at the top. It'll show you the guideml for any page and it might help fing out whats wrong. try it

That's why any half decent ACE doesn't bother with sending newbies to the GuideML clinic...
GuideML is a pretty easy XML... it's really a simply version of html but with CAPS instead of lower case tags and BLOBS... for all the pictures

Doesnt that mean that the Guideml entry is no good? Shouldnt they kinda change it to make it more relevent and userfriendly? Like I still dont understand why i get those error messages which is partly why i have no pictures on my page because I cant even use smilies without something nasty happening!
So yeah...basically...cant they change the clinic?

Smileys are easy to generate as long as you use the correct tag...
All the Blobs are displayed with the correct coding in the main picture gallery so I don't why you're having trouble there...

mmm me too...but in my case i think it might be because I actually am stupid.
By the way....does anyone know how to calculate the orbital height of a satellite if you're only given the radius of the earth, the time period, and the gravitational pull?
Radius= 6400km
Time Period=90mins
Gravity=90minutes.
Seeing as we are all supposed to be geniuses I thought it might be worth a try

well no it's okay...I mean it was on my GCSE physics paper, and nobody could do it. I was thinking that if nobody could do it then it's kind of a stupid question to ask isn't it? My physics teacher said you could do it but it was harder than GCSE and seemed a bit stupid for only four marks.
But thank you anyway...I was just asking in case you happened to know off the top of your head
