My mental health hasn't beeen at it's best recently... I think moving has caused more stress than I was expecting...

Everything is new and it's going to take some time to get used to. You need to remember that there are people to talk with if you need help and that I'm here if you need me. Sometimes if you need to stand back from the situation take a deep breath and go for a walk if you feel up to it. Just don't do anything stupid.... please....

Hannah was sectioned yesterday/this morning... she's had a bad week and it has had a negative affect on my own welbeing... it's friends I want to be able to turn to if I need to not staff or people paid to care... I don't know that there's anything anyone could do but I wish there was someone I could trust to understand... Cutting myslef isn't stupid, it's a tool... a tool that for the moment I control not that controls me...

I meant going to far with it... not the fact that it calms you down. I love you and want you around for a while. So just hang in there. I know that's clieched but you'll make it. You're a strong person to have made it this far.
