Hello all.
Just a short visit to let everyone know i wont be around much over next through days due to ill health.
After seeing my dr today i discoverered i have Broncal pnumonia 
I should be ok long as i take things easy with the 3 weeks suply of medication i will be rattling
I just need to get my strengh back and take things easy then i will soon be back.
i will come on to check emails when ever im feeling up to it.
any one who has my email addy and wants to email me please do so

I hope you will be well but you will have rest loads and take your medicine too etc
Just getting ready for work.
I ambut Chel has a cold and Sarah had a very bad mirgrane attack the other day. Her b.f waas taken into hospital yesterday we were very worried what was wrong all day.It turned out he had kidney stones which he was able to pass and was sent home
Anyway you take care of yourself won't you and get better real soon
