i now have arthritic knees and the starting of a bad hip and im a lot younger than you two. 
so old age isnt an excuse

the cramps in the back of the legs are the worst for me, im now on quinine tabs to ease the problem, but still having to get up in the night, to walk around sometimes , jim xxxx
