Well you'll'all be bored stupid by my rantings by now. But yes its another update 
After many texts between Andy and my myself and also a phone call to Andy from my protective daughter 
Everything is now sorted out 
It turns out he never sent the original text, it was from the girlfriend, who feels threatened by me. Well serves her right, i would have been none the wiser that he had split from his ex, and would have not contacted him again. She's now done the favour of opening up communication between me & Andy. She should have left well alone, ignorance is bliss. Now she has reason to be worried.

thanks Jen, I feel a bit useless! The only thing I can say is that doing little things for myself helps me stop thinking about my ex, but it might be just what works for me
