Less than 60 hours from now is DEATH... or was it deadline? 
The bl**dy thesis consists of some 70 pages plus the four mandatory peer reviewed articles. The layout is more or less done. Just a couple of tables that need to be fitted in.
The necessary reprint permissions granted in writing and I've got all pictures and figures in the correct places.
Still a few things need to be re-written yet another time, but hopefully I'll be finished Monday morning. Then it's time to convert the word files to pdf-files and walk away to the print shop.

Tired as in working 12 hrs a day seven days a week and not getting enough of sleep...
Anyhow, tomorrow I'll leave the thesis to the print shop and hoefully it's going to be a little calmer for a few days...

Time to relax a bit and try to catch up on lost sleep 
I hate that hiatus one feels after working flat out on something for so long. You just don't know quite what to do with yourself. There's relief that it's finished - but also a strange feeling of loss.

I just mailed the final (?) version to my supervisor for the last comments.
My eating habits have really detoriated the last weeks: peanuts, , cocacola (sugarless) as I can't cope with 
, assorted 
looking sweet snacks...
Must start a new, healthier life...
