Know the feeling well..one of these days ill end up swallowing one of my feet! (as opposed to nearly choking on a pringle when ferret came up in the pub quiz!
)..
My prob is most of the time i dont even REALISE im being shitty..can be sensitive at times too n take things the wrong way..
,but thats part of having b.p.d ...(wish id known that for the last 10 years!)..again im not alays aware of it.. its not always easy for people to understand either. Then when I do realise ive been crappy to someone i end up getting really upset cos im so bloody soft..
Anyway..got a waffle there sorry..Im sure itll be ok if you leave it a while n try n explain
