Good entry. I like it. I would rename it "Aboriginal Spirituality" but apart from that this is a simple, good summary of the way spirituality was approached within most Australian Aboriginal communities.
The only nit-picking I would do is to question the date of 60,000 years. The actual date is very political. I would be conservative and say 35,000 but others would say 75,000. The evidence (such as gets through the lobby groups) generally points to the lower end of the date range.
Using the word "Aboriginal" annoys some people. I don't think there is a solution. One idea is to use Cooree (I don't know the spelling), but that is the name of one tribe. A bit like calling all Europeans Belgians. Maybe they would like it. I can't speak for others. Are there any indigenous Australians on H2G2? Maybe we could ask them to comment?

COORIE is the term used for EASTERN coast aboriginal groups only.
this term does not apply to Central, western and top end communities.
