The lady of the bank will call latest tomorrow and tell me if they will give me the loan or not. They most propably will I hope and if not there are always other banks...
Went to see five places on sunday. Or was is six? They were good and they were bad. There was this one interesting place, it would need just a little improvements and the place would be fine. Tomorrow I'll go and see it again with mom and dad to get a second opinion.
Pro's: easy to go to work, near center, nice neighbourhood, nice layout, good kitchen, bathroom ok. Good floor on kitchen and living-room.
Neg's: Slightly too small bathroom, will my washing machine fit.?. must remember to measure that tomorrow! Old and hideous wallpapers, but those one would propably change anyway when moving into a new place. Disgusting floor on bedroom, needs to be changed. Old original closets.
Nighty night, this lady is tired now and needs her beautysleep.
On holiday till next Tuesday, hurrah!!!
