Beyond hoping that those are things that you find more enjoyable and rewarding, then having other thing to do is good with me
Re directions and your embaressment, then I can only be really guided by what you want to do about them, how important is it to you. If it is something that you wish to accept, then again that is ok
If it is something that you want to do something about and if it anything to do with me specifically then I am all ears, and am prepared to approach any discussion in good spirit, if you want to go with that
If it is wider issues wih the site, again all ears, good spirit, probably agree with you as much as I might disagree. Being able to do something about it, its a harder one
I'll leave it with you

Or, to put it another way:
I don't much care if anyone wants to try to address my 'issues' -- actually, no, I do care. I find it tiresome and patronizing. Stop it, please. The subject line is 'this is stupid' not 'me me me fix things for me.'. I didn't ask for anyone to jump out of to make me feel all rosey about noonoopoopooweewee or whatever the yell the latest 'creative' thing to come down the pipe might be.
Stop. Please. If this hasn't been a case of 'flooding', I don't know what is.
In the past I've tried to make a habit of responding to posts addressed to me because it seemed the polite thing to do. I'm starting to realize that some people really do 'flood' in a way that seems solely intended to waste the well-meaning target's time.
Please stop.
It's like the telemarketers who won't take a polite 'I'm really not interested' and continue on until you just have to be rude and hang up.
Key: Complain about this post
