Will the world help Jordan prosecute its criminal cases?

There was news today which will likely make many happy:
"Jordan's military prosecutor indicted 13 alleged Muslim militants Sunday, including fugitive Abu-Musab al-Zarqawi, for an al Qaeda-linked plot to attack targets in Jordan with chemical and conventional weapons"

Of course, the Jordanians must depend on the world community helping them if they ever hope to put al-Zarqawi in prison. Based on past history, that doesn't seem likely:

Despite everything -- convictions in Jordanian court, indictments in Iraqi court, and accusations of selling American intelligence to Iran, Chalabi, Rumsfeld's golden boy who provided so much of the false intelligence that led to the invasion of Iraq, is still wandering around free and rich.

Indeed! Chalabi is a disaster, and always was. The whole war machine is so corrupt, and there's nothing like to be done about it anytime soon...
