The story so far:-
I order a hifi from Granada.
They say they they will ring me a day before it arrives.
1 week wait.
I receive a 'we called and you were out letter on my return from work'
will deliver tommorrow. Call before 7 if this is not what you want.
(I returned from work at 8.)
Today I ask them to send it to a Friend's house tommorrow.
They tell me that she has to wait in all day as they cannot guarente
delivery times.
