Dawn of the dead is probebly the greatest horror movie ever and one of the few that is actually better that its predicessor.

I totally agree.
Tom Savanni (sp?) was at his gory best creating some truly memorable special effects.
Like when the zombies are inside the shopping mall and they start eating that guy's intestines? I don't know what is more disturbing - the image or the fact that they got a bunch of college kids dressed up like zombies to eat real pig guts.
Just a brutal flick with lots of great moments...
Like when the white police officer (was it Wooley?) goes berserk at the low income housing project in Philadelphia.
Or when the motorcycle gang member is looting a store and has a television even though the tv stations were all off the air and then somebody throws him a sledgehammer from off stage and he smashes up the place for no reason.
Ahh, what a true classic!
