Just to let you know, I have the new TiVo, interactive is gone so no more email or even bbci. It's whole new software so as yet not seen a way around the h2g2 access.

I'm no longer contactable at kow1 but my user at blueyonder stills works.

as you can see i did manage to get on the pc.

ive just had to detour to get here, we have had yet another murder in a long street called ivegate.you would think the cops would have left something at the top of the hill to stop anyone wanting to go through.

Good bit of kit, takes some getting used to the new software though.

Jim has asked me to pass on a message. Jim has found a back door method to use YouTube after you reach the end of the first list by going back up the list, picking one at random and down clicking it and down clicking it again and then you will get related videos option that goes on for quite a while.

Thanks for passing Jim's message on, but I have the YouTube app on my TiVo and just usually click that to use it.

ive found a way to get more than the dropdown list and no need to delete and search again

just pick from the first list any you want of the related, hit the down under ok, then again till related shows a box of the next to see to the bottom left, then hit ok fast and you get loads at a pinch.

there is a fault that they are still trying to solve why sound goes after watching some for a while. its a pain ggrr.

was going to have soptify, but is premium and free is not on offer, i aint paying £10 for spotify and another £5 for internet to get it on tivo.

havent tryed to record yet to much yuck and repeats, im using the extented catchup for now jim

I don't know how I did without my TiVo Jim, completely changed the way I watch TV. Fast forwarding ad breaks and pausing while I go for a cuppa. Simple things eh?

I don't really use any of the apps, much too slow.

dont know if you are still watching this thread, but youtube as upgraded to my liking, i can now signin, get all the offer ie clips and films, and the watchlater option allowes me to click the bottom right l,om the youtube and i find it on my list on the tivo.

i had to ring tive this morning on the 0800 they gave as the apps wouldnt line up they looked like they where only at 80%.

the formate for search is also been redone and is easyier for me to use and see lol.still no sign of facebook being added lol jim

Yeah they were messing with the app, don't really use it now, the kids do though. Bit of a pain to sign in, have to send a code to your phone or tablet!

So now you have the TiVo what do you think?
