HEllo Snazoo How are you? I believe I read that you were from Maine, mmm, Lobster bisque. What is it like up there? I've always wanted to go there. I've heard it's nice there.

I'm sure Maine is very nice. Having never lived there, I can't really give a detailed description. I live in PA.

I am so sorry! I thought you were from Maine! Drat that means I met someone here from Maine and they've escaped my grasp! I think I'll go into the corner and punish myself. I am so embarrased, you must think I'm a total idiot! I can not apologise enough! Err, is it nice in PA, (quick check) that's Pennsylvania, right? Do you live in one of the large cities or in one the more rural areas! I, myself, am from Iowa! My how I must have colored your view of Iowans!
"Can't even get the right state, after they've read the stupid introduction," you'll say to your friends, "He was a complete dunder head, totally insufferable!"

Here, you're forgiven.
PA is on of the most beautiful places I've ever lived. We've had one kind of flower or another blooming since the beginning of April and it doesn't show any signs of letting up. I love it.
I live in the city of Lancaster which is pretty much right in the middle of Amish country. That means there's this amazing mix of old and new. We have all the benefits of city life with very pictureque countryside less than ten minutes away.
And our Walmart is probably the only one with a row of hitching posts along the side

I live in N. Iowa in a small town called Ottosen! It tends to get a little hot and humid here but it's overall nice! We haven't really got country side more like corn filled fields! The sweet corn is already being picked, yum-yum. It won't be too long before the combines are taken for the machine sheds. I can't wait for winter though, that might just be the best time of the year!

We have a lot of corn here, too. Actually, I'm only like 45 min from where they filmed "Signs" with Mel Gibson. Driving through the fields there kind of freaks me out since seeing that

Iowa I think has only had Field of Dreams, Bridges of Madison County and Twister filmed in state, and all of those were on the opposite side of the state. I guess we're not the movie type here. We just had a farmer unload a few bags of sweet corn on us, I hope they stop soon our coffers are full!
