First of all, I wanted to write about my dream (which was probably “inspired” by the movie I saw). In the first part I was talking to Brian May, who was working on something that looked like Red Special.
Brian: There was that song… [pause], fiftyyyyy……
I: Thirty Nine?
Brian: Oh, yes, thirty nine… It’s about smoking weed.
I: I thought that it was inspired by Herman Hesse’s book? [I took out the book and showed him]
Brian: No, that was another song….
I still feel strange about that dream. Because I was happy to talk to Brian, but at the same moment hurt by his answer. Ok, the movie that I saw was Adaptation. Which, basically, evoked the same emotions in me.
The second dream was about one of my friends in Russia. She called me and she sounded very excited. I asked her what’s going on, and she answered that she is in America (which means we can meet). But for some reason I was mad at her (when I know that I would be jumping up to the ceiling if it happened).
Now about yesterday. I received a call from one of my friends, she told me that they planned on meeting that afternoon. It was a nice evening, my Latin teacher came. I haven’t seen her for a while and was very happy to talk to her. Then we decided to sleep over at Cat’s house. That was when we saw Adaptation. The sad part came in the morning. That’s when it hit me: This is when we have to say good bye and go our separate ways. It is like standing on the edge of a cliff, looking down and not seeing the bottom. I’ll miss them all a lot!!!
