Russel Remains, one of the guys from Fracture, posted on the message board saying that there will be two more issues of the zine and then that's it. Apparently #24 is out in a fortnight, and then #25 will be the final issue. From his post I think it was just getting far too big for them and they didn't want such time consuming, stressful commitment anymore.
It's sad as it was a good zine

Phew, it appears that the post on the message board was only an April fool's joke, even though it was posted way after midday and therefore void.
