his voice suddenly choking on the word "God." Then, gathering himself
quickly, he finished: "- may God
continue to bless America."

Well, alright, I guess Dubya is our...ahem...one national shortcoming.

Apart from yourself of course... And Mrs Fart mutters something about short-comings in the marital wrestling stakes too, when I think about it, .. which I do all the time.. However I digress, it was the apalling mawkish writing that makes me heave.

I still can't believe that out of the 250 million people in the country, George Dubbya even got onto the shortlist of potential presidents, let alone elected. It doesn't speak well for the intelligence of the voting public does it?

Lets face it, if he didn't have a career in politics he'd find it hard to hold down even a lowly job such as sharpening drill bits, lathe cutters, scissors or something...he'd be stretched coping with a paper round for christ's sake.
