Surfing the interactive guide on the TV today, and I see Christ is playing cricket at the Basin Reserve in Wellington. Now this I have to see. I love cricket. I have often wondered how Christ would flight the ball when bowling leg breaks, and if a comretent batsman could read his wrong'un. You will notice I assume he would be bowling, I doubt that Christ would ever lose the toss, and it is always the smart thing to bat second at the Basin.
I would guess he would bat at No 3, and would be a bit of a stroke maker, but possibly he would open.
I was exremely disappointed to discover that the interactive guide is a bit scrambled and Christ is not on the cricket channel at all, but is being discussed on some woosy chat show.
Bugger, and there is a bit of turn in the pitch too.
