h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I thought of a few things here. I'm copying it from an email, so I'll reformat it when I put it in the final article. For now, this is just a preview....

I have some new ideas on Snake Eater. I discovered that there are two voices in the E3 2004 trailer you don't get to see. I don't know what they say, but the first is the one in the beginning before visions of Solid Snake. Also, I believe Snake is in part of the game. One of the interesting comments I read on a website is that throughout this trailer, you see a guy without a bandana who wields a knife (Big boss?), while we see a man IN a bandana who dosn't touch blades.... (SNAKE??? He said he never was a fan of blades...........................)

Anywho, here are a few facts from a couple games.... ( A COUPLE SPOILERS AHEAD IF I'M RIGHT...)


Ocelot told Gurlukovich (Shortly before their showdown...) that he abandoned "her" (Russia) during the COLD WAR. When does MGS3 take place? You guessed it. COLD WAR!

Ocelot says in the trailer "So this is the ledgendary 'boss'?" He is most likely refering to "BOSS," or the woman who told Snake about "Loyalty to the end." Big Boss was not called Big Boss at that time, as you can plainly see.

Also on the subject of "boss", it says in the leaked character info (AND HINTED IN THE DEMO FOOTAGE) that "Snake" and this "Boss" were romantically involved on some level.... After the scene with her, you see "Snake" salute in a military uniform. Does something happen to her...?

DO YOU SEE A BANDANA? WELL?

The only things unexplained by this theory support both sides. Here are the arguments...

A) If Snake is the one with the Bandana, Why is he missing an eye?

My answer: The footage was used with a character before the final BigBoss/Naked Snake character was finished... Or, character skin swap.... Maybe made to fool the audience.

B) Why is Snake using weapons from the 1960s if he lives in the 21st Century...?

My answer: Got me.

C) If it is Big Boss, Why is he wearing a bandana...?

My Answer: It could be a different skin. Used to fool the E3 viewers. I mean, they replaced Raiden with Snake in the Fortune and the ninja scene FOR PETE'S SAKE!

My Question) But, if the skin is just used to fool us, why would Konami waste so much time just making a skin like Solid Snake...?
