Mike Zigrosi

Yes there is another episode (even though Trap 2 seems like the end). I shall now once again hand over to Martin to post the story...

Trap of the Daleks 3

Post 2

Raspy

Inside Dalek central control The Supreme Dalek watched as thousands of ships landed in the docking bay of the command centre. The Supreme Daleks Aide stood was beside his master, the virtual second in command of the Dalek Empire was in a red casing with silver spots, a black base distinguishing it from the standard red Daleks.
"Our alliances delegates have arrived." it reported.
"Excellent, we shall join them in the conference room." the supreme dalek said and they glided from the room.
In the conference room The Supreme Dalek and his aide watched as the delegates entered. Most were from business corporations and powerful alliances bent on conquest like the daleks themselves. First to enter was the delegate from the Galatron mining corporation...Sil, being carried on a large chair by two guards. Second to enter was the strange lizard like delegate from the Amor prospect division, he and Sil were old enemies and exchanged a glare. Next to enter was by far the most threatening the delegate from the Cybermen...The Cyberleader. As more delegates entered and took up their positions The Supreme Dalek and The Cyberleader went in front of the others who were now positioned around a large round table eagerly awaiting the latest meeting.
"Delegates, this is our final meeting before we put our plans into operation, us the alliance of conquest bound systems will attack the forces of the Galactic Federation." The Supreme Dalek said.
"Our armies are ready and Cyber factories have been set up on each of your respective worlds." The Cyberleader.
"However we still need the Galatron mining corporation and the interstellar banking alliance to sign our treaty." The Supreme Dalek said.
Sil moved forward addressing his comrades.
"One of the conditions to me joining this alliance was the assassination of the warrior King Yrcanos, you promised his death!" Sil said. He had been eager to get revenge after The King foiled, and nearly destroyed his operations on Thoros Beta.
"He will die, I assure you." The Supreme Dalek said.
"In that case I will sign your treaty." Sil said.
"Very well we of the interstellar banking alliance pledge our support and our armies are at your disposal." said Tor Garane from the alliance.
"Excellent, we shall begin our attacks on the federation soon! it will be overwhelmed!" The supreme Daleks voice rose in triumph.
The delegates applauded.

The bar on Trargon Minor was an interesting place to say the least. In one corner a strange alien business man sat talking to a robot that obviously owed him money. The conversation was friendly and ended with the decapitated head of the business man sailing across the bar and into the fountain in the centre. The robot cybernetically smiled and turned from the table.
"I don’t think that was called for" insisted a man in a faint Scottish accent, lifting the gun from the metal hand. The robot looked vaguely surprised for a minute before toppling forwards. A young woman in a leather jacket stood in the space that the robot had occupied a couple of minutes earlier. A bunch of wires were clasped in her right hand.
"Was that okay Professor?" she asked the man,
"Excellent Ace" the man smiled, "Now let me get you that lemonade, we've had a busy time of late"

On Skaro. The Supreme Dalek and the Cyberleader walked down a corridor discussing their plans, behind them was Sil in a floating chair and Tor Garane of the banking alliance who were discussing business tactics.
"Our Cyber armies our prepared and ready." The Cyberleader said.
"Excellent, Dalek armies have been increased and are ready to fight along side your troops." The Supreme Dalek stated.
Tor Garane said from behind them. "Our robot armies are ready also."
"Excellent." The Cyberleader said.
Sil eager to resume his business discussion said to Garane.
"I think we should decide who will get the largest share of the great mineral deposits from Earth, hmmm?"
"Yes, of course Sil." Garane replied quickly resuming the discussion.
The Cyberleader looked out at the vast Dalek city in particular at the large statue of the Supreme Dalek positioned in the central plaza outside the command tower.
"Impressive." he said.
"We are glad you approve of our designs." The Supreme Dalek said.
"That must be made of a very valuable mineral?" Sil urged from behind them.
"It is." the supreme dalek said.
Sil was expecting to be informed what the mineral was, not great conversationists these daleks, he thought.

The bar shook and the Doctor and Ace were thrown to the ground. "What was that?" Ace yelled as she dodged a highly toxic alcoholic drink that melted through the metal flooring next to her.
"Earth tremor" the Doctor replied. Ace scowled,
"But I thought that Trargon Minor was a space station"
The Doctor nodded, "It is, which makes this all the more interesting" He'd fished a strange gadget from his pocket and was fiddling with some dials and buttons,
"What's that?"
"A trans-dimensional reflux distortion detector"
"Oh right" Ace replied, wishing she hadn't asked. The Doctor slammed his fist down on the bar top,
"It looks like someone's been messing about"
"With what?"
"The course of time"
"What?"
"Something's going on in this timeline that shouldn't technically happen"

* * * * *

The Supreme Dalek, the Cyberleader and Sil watched the armies of their alliance advance into space crafts and set off across the galaxy.
"When do we attack?" Sil asked.
"I shall give the order for attack when we have ships in positions around every planet." The Supreme Dalek said.
The Supreme Dalek, The Cyberleader, Sil, Tor Garane and The Supreme Daleks aide stood on a balcony overlooking the Cyber army.
"Magnificent aren’t they." The Cyberleader said.
Sil, seemingly more interested than he had thought he would be smiled.
"Need i remind you that it was my companies funds that paid for your armies...he he ha." he trailed off into an evil laugh.
The Supreme Dalek moved away and into the room behind the balcony as he heard a loud bleeping sound from a communication system.
"It is the Earth contact." The Supreme Daleks aide said.
A picture appeared on a large view screen of a human, the man was bold wearing a shiny black uniform with a space security service emblem on his tunic. It was Karlton head of the sss.
"Yes." The Supreme Dalek demanded.
"I am ready to lower all shields on the Earth central command my agents have strictest orders." Karlton said.
"Excellent, we shall contact you soon."
Karlton bowed as the image disappeared.
The Supreme Dalek moved to a communicator and spoke to the war fleet a few hours later.
"This is the supreme Dalek, all of you are in position." he said.
Behind him were the Cyberleader, Sil, Tor Garane and the supreme Daleks aide and a new arrival the Cyberlieutenant.
"This is the Cyberleader all Cybermen are to land on the planets after shell bombardments." The leader said.
"This is Sil, all armed forces of the Galatron mining corporation are to follow after the cyber invasion." Sil said.
Garane stood silently as the three gave their orders, then he said finally.
"All robot armies of the banking alliance will be last to arrive, subdue all resistance."
"Excellent now no one can stop us!" The Supreme Daleks voice rose in triumph.

* * * * *

The bar rocked again but this time it was no disturbance. An explosion ripped away half of the bar, then another, and another.
"Over here Ace!" the Doctor called through the din, he grabbed the scruff of his companion's neck and pulled her underneath one of the tables.
"What's going on Proffesor?"
"Some form of invas-" he stopped mid-sentence, staring at the half of the bar that had been blown clean open. "Cybermen."
The Cybermen blasted everyone in site, overturning tables until they reached the Doctor and Ace.
"Wait!" shouted the Doctor as the Cyberman aimed his blaster at the two of them.
"Silence." the Cyberman snapped.
The Cybermen suddenly formed a long line as the smoke cleared and The imposing figure of the Cyberleader entered. he immediately recognised the Doctor.
"so we meet again Doctor!" he said.
The Doctor rose to his feet with Ace.
"You've stooped low attacking a space station!" the Doctor said.
"Little do you know Doctor..." the leaders voice trailed off.
"Know what" the doctor asked.
"All of the conquest bent systems have formed an alliance to destroy the galactic federation, the daleks are our allies." The Cyberleader said.
The Doctor found his throat so dry he could not speak...

* * * * *

The Supreme Dalek stared impassively at a large viewscreen showing an image of President Flavia from Galifrei.
"This time you have gone too far!" Flavia protested.
The Supreme Dalek didn’t even flinch.
"Our alliance is not your concern and neither are our experiments with the dimensions of time and space!" The supreme Dalek said.
"You are corrupting the very fabric of the universe with your lust for power!"
"We will destroy Galifrei soon and your complaints will mean nothing!" The Supreme Dalek roared getting a little bored of the moaning women in front of him.
"Supreme Dalek the people of the universe will not tolerate your interference any longer!" Flavia was turning red.
"Enough of this!" The supreme Dalek turned to his aide who severed the link.
"Begin invasion of Galifrei at once! they shall no longer meddle in our affairs!"
"I obey"

* * * * *

The Dalek Killcruisers moved through the void of space towards Galifrei. They formed a ring of death around the planet.
"This is fleet leader, all craft attack!" The ships moved in for the kill. Suddenly the fleet was surrounded by hundreds of war TARDISes.
"This is fleet pilot Zigrosi of the Galifrei defence force any attempt of violence will be met with retaliation," There was silence across the communications channels before....
"*EXTERMINATE!*"
The battle was way in the Killcruisers around the planet had already started their bombardment of the planets cities. Dalek fighter ships zoomed towards war Tardis' and Galifreian cruisers. The smaller Dalek saucers and battleships were attacking the war Tardis' but finding it difficult to get a clear shot as they kept dematerialising away. the Galifreian cruisers could take no more the last of them exploded and the Dalek fighters closed in on the remaining ships. Just when it looked like things couldn’t get much worse the fleet of the Galatron mining corporation entered orbit around Galifrei and released landing crafts full of soldiers and war machines on the planet.

* * * * *

The Doctor and Ace skidded around the corner and charged towards the alcove that they'd left the TARDIS in.
"Now Ace what have I told you before?" Ace sighed before answering,
"Violence is only a last resort..."
"Precisely so I take it you'd spent some time thinking about all the possible alternatives?"
"Of course Proffesor, I took in all possible routes-"
"And whacked the Cyberleader in the face with your baseball bat?"
"It seemed the best option, he should have brought more guards!" They came to a sudden stop in front of the TARDIS and the Doctor opened the doors, "Where to now then?"
"To wherever their headquarters are"

* * * * *

Zigrosi strode back and forth across the High Council's chamber, his brown hair and black robes whipping around him, "The Daleks have developed weapons that can destroy our TARDISes time drives, were doomed."
"Don't be of a heavy heart Zigrosi, for a minister of defence you seem strangely worried. Anyway I have a plan."
"Which is Madam President?"
"The Dalek's weapons are designed to combat all Type 80 TARDISes-"
"And that's all we have."
"But they won't work against older models-"
"And we have none."
"Not so" Flavia held up a small broach. "This is a recall device for all old model TARDISes, they have to reply."
"And you intend to use it?" asked Zigrosi, not daring to get his hopes up. Flavia nodded and pressed the button on the face of the device. There was a wheezing sound and several objects appeared in the chamber; a chest, a grandfather clock, a statue, a small pyramid and a blue police box...

* * * * *

The Cybermen and Amor prospect division fleets headed towards Earth. On board the lead Ship The Cyberleader and the Cyberlieutenant stood on the bridge gazing out across the vast sea of stars that surrounded the planet.
"Contact Karlton." The Cyberleader said.
"Yes leader." the Cyberlieutenant said.
A flickering blue hologram of Karlton appeared before them.
"Disarm Earths shields." the Cyberleader ordered.
"At once." Karlton bowed and the image disappeared.
"Open fire!" ordered the Cyberleader.
The vast fleet of ships opened fire on the defenceless planet even from space the explosions could be seen, the ships continued firing barrages of purple energy onto the helpless world.
"Ready invasion force." The Cyberleader commanded with great satisfaction.
"Yes leader." The Cyberlieutenant said and hurried to obey the order.

* * * * *

The landing crafts full of troops and war machines landed on Earth.
Cybermen advanced blasting everything in site. There was no signs of life, buildings were in ruins and all signs of nature had been destroyed.

* * * * *

Inside Earth central control the building was caving in, scaffolding was falling apart and people were running for their lives.
General Williams and the President of Earth ran down the crumbling corridors to the safety of outside.
"Madam President we must leave at once for the federation capital." Williams shouted over the noise of the laser fire.
"We cannot leave our planet do be destroyed!" the president shouted back.
"We have no other options!"
Giving in the President reluctantly boarded her personal shuttle and left Earth behind.

* * * * *

Flavia and Zigrosi watched as the front doors of the police box opened and a short man and a teenage girl stepped out.
"What have you been doing?" the Doctor asked Flavia indignantly,
"/Doctor!/ it is good to see you again" Flavia held out her arms in a welcoming gesture,
"Loose the act Flavia" the Doctor insisted, "And that gun you have hidden in your robes Castellan Zigrosi, I advice you put it down," Zigrosi sighed and placed the gun on the table.
"Pst" Ace tapped the Doctor on the shoulder, "Where are we Professor?"
"Galifrei." he whispered back, "And it's Do-" He stopped as on of the sides of the pyramid swung inwards and the Rani stepped out.
The Rani stepped out of her Tardis and strode to the Doctor.
"We meet again Doctor."
"That’s impossible I saw your shuttle destroyed!" The Doctor beamed.
The Rani smiled. "Duplicates my dear Doctor they always did come in handy." The Rani said smugly.
A voice shouted from inside the Tardis.
"Why are we here, get us out of here and back on course at once!" The voice was dignified and electronically enhanced.
"Oh shut up!" The Rani shouted back.
The Doctor was gob smacked as Davros slid out of the Tardis and glided up beside the Rani.
"Oh no." Ace sighed.
"Why doth pray are you to working together again, you were hardly a perfect match for one another?" The Doctor asked regaining his composure.
"Lets just say I couldn’t resist his charm" The Rani said sarcastically.
The Doctor noticed Davros' face had changed, strange he thought, it was now back to its original state before he had been cryogenically frozen.
"Facelift?" The Doctor said.
"In a way, effects of my own creation, very complicated you wouldn’t understand." Davros replied.
"He’s not much too look at so i had to change him some how." The Rani said.
Davros was none too pleased about the comment. "Your beginning to sound like him!" He said and pointed at the Doctor.
They heard a crash from inside the Statue and a familiar voice shouted as the doors opened-
"Oih!, what do you think im running here an intergalactic taxi service!" The Cloaked and hooded figure of a Monk came out.
"Did you hear me!" The Meddling Monk said ,annoyed.
Davros chuckled. "Oh look, the rabble."
"I shall have you know sir that i am a dignified and distinguished figure." The Monk replied.
"My dear Monk!" The Doctor said with a smile.
The Monk didn’t have a clue who he was. "I'm sorry, have we met?" he said puzzled.
"Its me the Doctor." The Doctor replied.
The Monk was not very pleased to see him. "Oh, I see... well I must be off, things to do." The Monk made for his Tardis but was pulled away by security guards.
The front of the Grandfather clock opened and The Master stepped out...
"Well isn't this turning into a happy little reunion?" the Doctor beamed at them all as the bearded man strode across to them,
"I do not take kindly to having my ship taken off course," the Master stared daggers at the Doctor,
"I assure you that I'm quite as surprised as you by our current situation,"
"As are we," the Rani, Davros and the Monk added in unison. The Master looked each of them over in turn before speaking again,
"Oh, you lot is it? Doctor I always took you as some one with some dignity, but it seems I was wrong if this is the company you keep."
Flavia suddenly realised that she and her Castellan had been totally forgotten in all the uproar. She gave Zigrosi a jab under the ribs and he jumped forwards,
"Guards, these renegades have returned to Galifrei without the High Council's say-so, arrest them!"
The Galifreian high guards formed a circle around everyone apart from the Doctor and Ace. Immediately The Master grabbed his tissue compression eliminator from his coat and fired on one of the guards, seizing this oppurtunity Davros blasted the second guard with a bolt of energy from his hand, The Rani drew a small capsule and smashed it knocking everyone apart from the four renegades unconscious.
"Well we handled that well didn’t we eh?" The Monk smiled.
"We?" The Rani said.
realising he hadn’t really done anything the Monk backed down.
Davros glided across the room to a large consol and began to press different buttons.
"What are you doing?" The Master asked walking up to Davros.
"Sealing us in here and keeping them out, now if I can just get into..." Davros trailed off.
a minute later he was in utter delight. "A hah! The Matrix!" he said in complete satisfaction.
"Your into the Matrix!" The Rani said astonished.
A door slid open in the far end of the control room.
"Well one of you has to go in to secure a control point" Davros said whirling around to face them.
The Master grabbed the Monk and stepped forward. "We will go." he said.
"Now hang on!" The Monk said but he stopped upon seeing Davros aiming his hand at him.
"Now then off you go." Davros pointed to the door and the two renegades walked into the Matrix.
The Rani walked up to the Doctor who was collapsed on the floor.
"Now for him!" she said and drew a blaster from her jacket.
"No wait, everyone here wants revenge on the Doctor, we will wait having the Doctor killed by all of us will be so much sweeter!" Davros said.
The Rani smiled. "Very well..."
Meanwhile inside the chest shaped Tardis a figure dressed in black shiny robes with slick black hair watched with interest.
"Ah Doctor soon your lives shall belong to me..."
THE VALEYARD!
The darkness was absolute, except for nothing. No wait! A tiny line of light so thin it was on the edge of sight. Slowly it widened outwards until it became a canyon of interest through the black. Zigrosi blinked, first once, then again. The mutant and the Rani were waiting by the console, but the Monk and the Master were no where to be seen. He craned his neck around to peer at the rest of the room. The Doctor and his companion were unconscious as were his guards and Flavia. Waiting for his moment he raised himself to his feet and stooped to unclip a blaster pistol from one of the unconscious soldiers and grasp his own in the other hand.
"Alright." He ordered. "Hands up." The two renegades spun around to face him.
"Pitiful being," the mutant spat.
"Not as pitiful as you, now where have the others gone?”
"What?" asked the Rani.
"The Master and the Monk, where are they." The two criminals remained silent. Briskly he strolled over to Davros and placed a gun against his head.
"They entered the Matrix!" Davros squealed.
"Good, now open the door," Davros nodded and flicked the red switch. Slowly Zigrosi backed through the doorway and fired a series of blasts before closing the door to the Matrix.

* * * * *

The Galactic Federation capital world was a magnificent sight. The buildings were exotic, the planet was covered in lush green surroundings and the giant structure of Galactic Federation headquarters was deep inside the vast city.
Inside the building the delegates who had been summoned sat around a large round table. The President of Earth and General Williams, Delegate Izlyr and sub delegate Ssorg, Alpha Centuri and delegate portris sat in silence. The President of the Federation sat at the far end of the table, his white hair and purple robes making him look like the picture of dignity and honour. Beside the President was the famous Senator of the galaxy Rasputaltron. Rasputaltron was an intimidating sight, he was one of a race called the skellions, they were basically human skeletons who survived through energy crystals and not organs and skin. Unlike a human skeleton he was black, he wore black robes which covered his entire body and had a long purple cloak draped over his shoulders. On his left shoulder sat Barok a small winged creature like a bat but with arms and legs with sharps claws and horns on his head, he also had the ability to speak.
"Earth is in the hands of the new alliance, our population has been enslaved or wiped out and we need to strike back!" Williams was protesting.
"We cannot retaliate yet, we must rely on negotiation." The President said.
"I agree with General Williams, if we wait the alliance could destroy us all!" Izlyr hissed.
Rasputaltron whispered to the President. "With respect your excellency, they are right, the Daleks have already attacked Galifrei and if they cant stop them what chance do we have?"
The President stood up. "It is with great reluctance that i do this, the galactic federation will commit its war fleets to stop the alliance." he said with a deep look of concern on his face.
The General, Izlyr and Ssorg stood up.
"We shall ready our war fleets." Williams said and they left the conference room.
Alpha Centuri, The President of Earth and The President of the Federation got up.
"It pains me to see war conflict in our galaxy." Alpha Centuri.
"Or perhaps war?" The President said as they left.
The doors to the conference room closed behind them and Rasputaltron rose from his chair and walked to the vast window overlooking the city.
The plan had worked perfectly, using his position as senator to the galaxy he had attended various meetings with delegates from the alliance and brought them to the Daleks. Over the years Rasputaltron had formed a close relationship with the Daleks and The Cybermen, bringing both empires more resources and funding secretly, when the alliance and the federation had both destroyed each other he could take over the universe.
"Our plans are working master." Barok said in a small sinister voice.
"Yes, soon we shall see a new power dominating this universe, my power." Rasputaltron laughed and spun around firing a bolt a lightning from his fingertips at the table.
As the two halves of the table crumbled to ashes on the ground a swooping sound filled the room and a tall man in red robes stepped from the air into reality.
"Who are you?" Rasputaltron snapped,
"I am Castellan Zigrosi of the Galifreian high guards." the man replied, his long white hair whipping about as he took in his new surroundings. "The Rani or that mutant must have opened a gate from the Matrix back into reality. Damn them!" He thumped the wall in anger.
"Well I am afraid Castellan that your time is short, you have little time left," The skeleton menaced the old man,
"I know, I must return to Galifrei as quickly as possible,"
"That is not what I meant," Rasputaltron raised his bony hand and a bolt of lightning arced through the air and struck the Castellan. The man fell to his knees before collapsing. The skeleton cackled menacingly and turned away. Little did he know that behind him, the face of the old man was slowly changing.
Castellan Zigrosi was regenerating. Rasputaltron turned swiftly.
"Dam those infernal time lords!" He said in anger.
He raised his hand again, no...no... he thought, I shouldn’t risk it, if I were to be found out. besides time lords suffer a memory loss when regenerating, he wont remember about me.
The newly regenerated Zigrosi got up, much younger looking with black hair and a distinguished expression on his face.
"My dear Castellan, you were about to go back to Galifrei when you collapsed, saying that The Rani or a mutant had harmed you, you regenerated!" Rasputaltron explained carefully.
"I...I must return to Galifrei at once." Zigrosi said still recovering from the shock of regeneration.
"Of course, I shall prepare a shuttle for you." Rasputaltron said.
"Thank you, senator." Zigrosi said and he stumbled out of the room.
When he had gone Rasputaltron turned to Barok and said. "Make sure that shuttle never leaves here, destroy it."
"Yes master." Barok said and he fluttered out of the room eagerly.
Rasputaltron turned back to the window and walked outside onto a balcony resting clasping both hands on the railing. He meditated on this latest set of events, those time lords would soon be destroyed and nothing would stand in his way of universal supremacy.

* * * * *

Earth had been conquered the population had been rounded up and enslaved. The Cyberleader, the Cyberlieutenant and Karlton stood before a hologram of the Supreme Dalek in the throne room, The Cyberleader seated on the throne with the other two next to him.
"We are in complete control of Earth now, the population has been enslaved." The Cyberleader declared.
"Excellent!" The Supreme Dalek said.
"Space security has been neutralised." Karlton reported.
"Good, your second fleet to attack Andromeda, we are going to commence attack on Krontep. "The Supreme Dalek said.
"As you wish." The Cyberleader said and the image disappeared.

* * * * *

The Doctor and Ace had come around to find themselves locked in the council chamber. The TARDISes had been taken to a more secure area. The Rani and Davros were outside, discussing tactics.
"Do you really think we're going to get out of this one Professor?" Ace asked her friend,
"Normally I'd say yes, but the Time Lords are a powerful race and they would appeared to have given in to easily for my liking." A faint bleep began to emanate from the somewhere in the room.
"What is it?" the teenager asked.
"The communicator," replied the Doctor, pushing a red button on the control board. A young man's face appeared.
"Doctor?" asked the young man, "Where's the Rani and the mutant thing."
"I'm sorry Zigrosi I didn't recognise you for a moment," the Doctor apologised with a toothy grin.
"How did you know it was me?"
"The uniform and also the blatant two dimensional military mind, forget the greetings and just ask the questions."
Suddenly the doors slid open and Davros and The Rani entered. The Doctor quickly turned the image on the viwescreen off.
"Where’s the Monk and the Master?" asked the Doctor.
"They are in the Matrix." The Rani said.
"I see and what are you two planning next, your wedding?" The Doctor said. Ace giggled behind him.
"Your sense of humour wont save you this time Doctor, The Daleks are attacking this planet, once we have control of the Matrix we shall leave this planet to its doom!" Davros ranted as usual.
"And us?" The Doctor asked grimly.
"Oh yes you, I thought it would be a nice little event for all of us to kill you at the same time!" Davros said pleased with himself.
"Galifrei will be wiped out every man women and child slaughtered!" The Rani went on.
The Doctor had had enough." Do you never think of anything but killing! do your perverse minds never think of anything else, besides which you always fail! your second rate maniacs at that!"
Davros was happy that he had got the Doctor so worked up. "Now now Doctor, calm down you might get a nasty...shock!"
Davros fired a bolt of energy from his fingertips at the Doctor and sent him hurling to the floor. The Rani and Davros left sealing the doors behind them, their laughter trailing off.
Ace helped the Doctor to his feet and turned on the view screen again.
"What's the, matter Doctor?" Zigrosi asked, his eyes wild, "Why did you turn to the view screen off?"
The Doctor winced a clutched his chest and winced as he spoke, "I'm afraid we've had a little visit from our friends,"
"What? You mean the Rani and that...that. mutant thing?"
The Doctor nodded, he was in far to much pain to speak.
"Look Doctor, I need you to help me!"
"Well tough ponce face!" Ace snapped. Zigrosi was taken aback at being addressed like this.
"Now listen here." the Castellan spluttered.
"No you listen here!" replied Ace, "The Doctor's just been attacked and the last thing he needs is your problems on his shoulders as well,"
"It's both very sweet of you." the Doctor gasped weakly "to bicker over me so, but we're all on the same side. Now Ace, you must help Castellan Zigrosi. We'll need his help if we're to defeat the others." Zigrosi smirked and straightened his uniform."And Castellan."
"Yes Doctor?"
"You'll have to do something about that attitude of yours."
Zigrosi scowled and turned back to Ace, "I need you to send me a TARDIS."
"But how?" she asked.
"You should have the controls with you, the big yellow button."
Ace nodded and pressed the button.
“I’ll be with you shortly” the Castellan smiled and the view screen went blank.

Inside Federation headquarters Rasputaltron sat alone in his office. The office was a marvellous design, scarlet coloured with a large desk and high backed throne which could be turned to face the window. Rasputaltron stared impassively at a holo-projection of Princess Astra. The doors slid open and Barok flew in the doors closing shut behind him.
"Master I planted explosives on board the ship, Zigrosi wont get far." Barok said. he received no response, for a moment he wondered if he had been heard.
"Master!" he said again.
"She's beautiful isn’t she." he said still staring at the projection.
"Master?" Barok gave him a strange look.
Rasputaltron touched the hologram softly with his bony hand and if flickered. He straightened up and switched it off looking at the befuddled Barok.
"Good." he said in his usual ominous tones. He rose from his chair his long purple cloak whipping out behind him.
"Detonate." he said.
Barok took out a detonator and pressed it. "Our Castellan friend has bit the dust." Barok smirked.
"Excellent, well done Barok."
"Thank you master, um...master what were you doing with that hologram?" Barok asked cautiously.
"Princess Astra, Barok, the most beautiful delicate person in the universe, one day when I rule this galaxy she will be mine." Rasputaltron said.
"I see master." Barok said satisfied.
"Now, the daleks and their allies are moving towards Krontep and Andromeda, soon war will be declared and this galaxy will be in my hands!" He said and turned the projection on again.
"And so will she..."

* * * * *

The Supreme Dalek, Tor Garane and Sil watched a large viewscreen showing their enormous fleets.
"Soon Yrcanos...soon." Sil said to himself.
"Commence attack! "The Supreme Dalek roared down the comm. channel.
The fleet opened fire on Andromeda, the second part of the fleet opened fire on Krontep, the two planets were fairly close together so it would be an easy victory for them. They watched the attack as the space fleet of Andromeda attacked and was destroyed, such a small defence system was no match for the might of the alliance.
"Begin bombardment!" The Supreme Dalek ordered.
"I ob-" The voice of the Dalek commander was cut off.
"LOOK!" Sil screeched pointing at the screen frantically.
They looked at the screen in horror as the fleet of the Galactic Federation entered the conflict. The Supreme Dalek turned to the comm. channel.
"Destroy them! destroy every one of them!" he chanted.
"We cant fight all of them!" Sil screeched.
The Supreme Dalek addressed his frantic colleagues. "We are now at war! the federation will be obliterated! we shall destroy all who cross us! No one will stand in our way!!!"
