A Conversation for Spoons - the Game
Killer spoons

I played another version of this in Canada (a fantastic place where you can get crates of beer delivered to the door when you run out) where the loser chugs a beer - and after a couple of cases we (ok, me, being the token insane foreigner) invented Killer Spoons - for consenting (and usually inebriated) adults only:
the loser gets beaten with the spoons by all the spoon-holders at the end of each hand (A light to medium strike to the cranium proved most popular). No need to keep score because the desire to win each hand gets that crucial extra edge
Needless to say, we didn't play this version with girls around....

I think this version deserves having the disclaimer repeated, i.e. if you're stupid enough to play it, don't blame us.
How do you get beer delivered to the door?

Actually there's a service like that in the UK - I remember it getting press because it basically managed to sidestep licensing laws and deliver in the wee hours by operating as a wholesaler instead of a retailer. I hadn't heard anything about it in Canada though.
