The Masked Ermine

the saga to someone who has never read a single adventure? I tried to explain it to some one and they wanted to know if it was a play or something and I said, "No." but the more I think about it it is very playish; isn't it? I mean about 75% of the saga is script but it doesn't have that playwright feel to it. I ended up giving up on explaining it. I may need to just print one of the stories out and have her read it.

Oh, I'll ask this now while i'm here since I don't wish to start a separate thread. Which works better for the saga script or prose?

I rather like script due to it's lack of grammaricalness and quotation marks and he said/she said.

I prefer script which is mainly why we've started using it more majorly. I can't remember which story first had the use of script rather than pros...

How would I explain it?

A series of exciting adventures in time, space, silliness and punctuation marks smiley - winkeye

Some one once asked if you were ever going to try and get published and you remarked that you couldn't see how. I've been thinking about it (small things bother me) and the only publishable format that would seem to work would be like a comic book thing! Many of the jokes wouldn't work on television and the preferred scriptiness wouldn't sit well in a book, but if done right you might be alble to pull off a comic book!

Possibly, though there are script format books out there. I think comic book might work but then you do destroy the possibility for jokes that only work when you can't actually see the events happening (similiar to how radio comedy uses jokes that only work on radio)

Quite true, but you'd almost havve to lose something, though, wouldn't you? I guess it doesn't matter though because, to publish is to destroy, or some such thing. The publishment would make finace arguments and people would get really self-conscious about their writing.
