I have one small tattoo on my right shoulder, I suspect that yours are more, um, extensive?

Slightly. One on each shoulder, and a biggie in the small of my back. By 'eck that one hurt!

Left shoulder - 28th birthday prezzie! A complex Celtic knot, surrounded by a halo of flames.
Right Shoulder - 32 birthday prezzie! A spark plug! Yes, really, an NGK B7ES spark plug.
Lower back - not a present at all - A double (mirror) image of Kokopeli - an American Indian mythical character (the flute player) representing fertility and good luck, and also known as a player of practical jokes.

Now work out my character from that lot!

Alrighty:

A Welsh, semi-spiritual, mechanically-minded, who is a joker and wishes to be both lucky and fertile. How did I do?

Mine's on my right shoulder, it's a black version of the Rebel Alliance symbol. It's a great shape, looks fantastic, and was some sort of a declaration when I was 19. What that declaration was and to whom I do not know. But it was necessary.

I had student *loans* thankyouverymuch . And they certainly weren't enough.
