I didn't know either.... apparently it's some new aerobic dance craze... like tai-bo without the aggression.

And possibly with a coin-spangled 'hip scarf'. 
I'm not sure my bum is ready for that.

Actually, there is no tai bo. It is latin dancing for the most part, with a tiny bit of belly dancing thrown in.

It IS like tai-bo, in that it is an aerobic fitness craze.
Actually, after I posted that yesterday I reconsidered. Here was the other comparison that came to mind:
It's like a Macarena that doesn't stop after only one song. Marathon-arena!
