Single sister-in-law who only has rent & maybe a car payment (not sure, she's very thrifty) has decided she's going to move in with her mom & not pay rent so she can 'save up' to buy a house. Right. Sure she's going to buy a house. Bah. I guess if MIL wants to let her do it, it's between them. It's a 
day.
