So I got my asterisk out of bed this morning, put on sporty type clothing (including a sports bra - who invented THAT instrument of torture?) that I would NEVER wear out of the house and got on the treadmill. I walked for a whopping 10 minutes and was breathing hard and drippy by the end of it. Still I did it. And I had no idea how good I would feel about it. Had an energy boost and was ready for the day instead of being draggy. And I gave myself several 'atta girls' just for doing something instead of being a mopey butt. I can't stand it when people complain about how things are but don't do anything about it - case in point, my mother-in-law (did I mention she's going to sell some land that's been in the family since the late 1800's and buy a house in or near my town?). I've had a lot of complaining I've wanted to do but since I haven't been prepared to do anything about it, postings here have been scarce. I know my tendencies for introspection lead me on a downward spiral so I've been trying not to indulge. I'm going to comit to this exercise thing. It's time. To keep me honest, I'll post here about it.

Took a couple Tylenol PM last night. That was a mistake. Think next time I'll take only one. Still woke up twice in the night. Only difference is I'm groggy this morning.
Managed to get on the treadmill for 10 min again. And now I need a nap.

Good for you! I was shocked at how addicting excercise has become for me. Get those endorphins going!
