Emee, out from under the rock Started conversation Dec 3, 2007
I've been feeling restless, almost like itchy feet but I don't really want to go anywhere. It's almost a dissatisfaction, but not quite. It's an awareness that there are worlds that I am no longer part of but am still interested in - theatre, literature, writing, philosophy. All worlds made up of words and ideas - worlds where I used to live and from which I am increasingly separated. I guess it's just Maslow at work and perversely comforting. Life is settling down enough that I have the opportunity to be angsty about not reading anything with true literary depth or not going to concerts or not writing anything longer than a journal entry.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
