Had my hair cut and colored last night. 
First time in ages. It's quite short now and I like it. Not sure if Mr. Emee likes it though. He says it looks 'nice'. The way he says it, I think it means he wishes I had got extensions instead.

One of the most stupid tiffs I ever had with a girlfriend was after she got her hair cut. All I said was it was sticking up a bit on top. She was mad at me for days.

Hair is such a personal thing. I like it shortish on a woman but lots of fellas don't. Now I just say *Your hair? I'm a guy- you have hair, that's all I see.* It usually gets a laugh.
