My transfer paperwork finally went through. I get to start in the new department Wednesday.
It's snowing so much that I should say SNOWING. Everyone was released from work early. I'm feeling sorry for myself since I have to mind a rehearsal at 7pm and can't go home until it's all over. Maybe I'll get home before I have to be back at work tomorrow.
I got my engagement ring Jan. 17. 
Fiance did a good job. We were on a ski trip with his brother and his brother's wife. I knew he was going to give me the ring, but still almost cried when he hit his knees and said as if it were one word, "Emee, will you marry me?"
