The problem is, that before one can define oneself as insane, one must first define the norm. This is the truly insane thing to do, for no one will ever fit into the norm. Therefore, we are all insane. Why should we have to listen to insane people judging our thoughts, beliefs and everyday doings?

This is the reason I turn to Misanthropic Insanity...because those insane bastards don't know what it is like to be as insane as they wish to be, to them I say "go climb a tree, and while you're up there, I wouldn't mind it if you fell rather hard."

Since you quoted Poe, I would like to say bravo.
As we are all insane, does it not make more sense to enjoy it than to be one of the ones suffer in it? that would appear to be the only norm there is. Most people suffer from their insanity, whereas to be even more insane, one must enjoy it as Poe and me do.
