NCR has a country club a few minutes away from their World Headquarters building that is excellent. The fairways are wide enough to handle the slice you develop after discovering the restaurant has a very competent bar staff.
A more challenging (and much cheaper) course is on Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA. I lost one ball in a water hazard, another into the back of a passing truck, and one bounced happily down the runway towards a landing passenger jet. 
(Possibly the most exciting 18 holes of golf I have ever played.)
