The nice people across the street seem to be having some kind of party. I assume this to be the case because they have the living room windows wide open allowing their astonishingly loud music to issue forth into the street. I wouldn't mind, but they're playing Ocean Colour Scene - selfish b******s!

Think of the upside though - young hooligans driven away (no street crime for an evening), and let's face it, the music could have been worse.
