I happen to have two browsers on my computer : Mozilla Firefox and IE9
in Firefox it keeps me logged in. that is why I can make this report.
In Inter net explorer however it keeps going to a "Greetingzs unknown hitchhiker page, and even if I give it tyhe correct login info it still loops back to that page and considers me not logged in.

I had a similar experience the other day. IE9 wouldn't even open the login page, but I had no trouble with firefox. delete IE.

IE9 has better cross domain scripting security. When you log in to h2g2 you log in in one place and it tries to then send that info back. IE thinks it's a hack and blocks it.

I didn't even get as far as that on that occasion. It didn't open the login page in the first place.
And barlesque is totally broken at present. It doesn't open a single conversation but shows a blank page.

It sounds like IE9 has too good a security.
How do you convince it you are not hacking but have a right to be there?
