Blackberry Cat , if one wishes to remain an individual in the midst of the teeming multitudes, one must make oneself grotesque Started conversation Jun 14, 2005
Another website I use has an edit function for posts, allowing the poster to edit them for spelling mistakes etc, within a short time of them being posted (I think its 30 minutes on that site). Any chance of a similar function being added to this site.

This feature has been requested on a number of occasions in the past, and has each time been met with the same answer - no!
If you're a bit shaky on the spelling and grammar front (I know I am) why not use the 'preview' button to check that actually you're saying when you post what you thought you were whilst you were typing it out.

ah well, I expect I'll manage to live with it
I sometimes remember to Preview but frequently not
come to think of it that other site doesn't have Preview so I suppose its different ways of serving the same function
