are you aware that windows has a Distributed interNet Applications architecture that they abbreviate DNA. It seems curious that this should turn up just as you are changing to a system that you purport is named after Douglas Noel Adams.

I think it’s just a coincidence & if Microsoft wants to pay tribute to Douglas Adams good for them.

We don't 'purport' to name it after Douglas. He is actually the founder of the site, the inspiration for *everything* we've done here, so naming the software after him is the absolute least we could do.
At least ours is a real acronym.

And ours actually fits the thing it's trying to abbreviate:
Distributed Internet Applications = DIA
Douglas Noel Adama = DNA
So there.
