Only for those masochists who, after slaving away for a university education in which a few snippets of useful information are hidden in an ocean of pure crap, decide to go back for more.
Involves studying one research project for several years until you're so sick of it that you write up your results in a hard bound thesis which is only ever going to be used to bash the nearest academic over the head with in a desperate bid for freedom.
Despite any amount of begging, grovelling or bribery, only other people get to study interesting things such as "The Social Impact of The Spice Girl's Song Lyrics" or "The Evolution of Pamela Anderson's Breasts".
