Human nature

Why is it when ever a bully, or other froms of abusers, does something horrible. or evil. They declare it is human nature. Even if it is rape, bullying, paedophilia, murder.
Yet if I as a victim hate an abuser I am told to shut up, and supress my emotions.
It is funny how everything bullies do is seen as human nature. But everything I do is seen as just strange and unusual for hating bullies.
