Describing how the Total Perspective Vortex works. I'm not sure this bit is my favourite part of the story (I'm not sure I could pick one favourite part 
), but it is my favourite bit of the music that backs Peter Jones' commentary. Only just, though 
As for the other questions:
'Who is your favourite character?'
Probably Ford - he reminds me of a friend of mine.
'Would you like to be the captain of a Vogon Constructor fleet?'
I wouldn't need to be - I think I'm qualified enough to be a planner on Earth 
'Or would you prefer to be a Dentrassi?'
Definitely.
'Is Zaphod cooler than Ford or the other way round?'
Other way round.
'Are the Golgafrincham B Ark a much maligned race?'
No They're a stereotype, but a good one.
