I don't think you can. Insignias seem to be different Smileys, and only the Italics can add new smileys, and even than thats not very often. Best to pick an insignia from the smiley page

erms i see i mixed Insignia up with Team Crest lol

well the Team crest is on the Page and the insignia will indeed be for now

you can link to a picture on a different website, but the BBC don't allow own pictures to go on here
