A Conversation for Talking Point: A Good Read
Good Omens

My number one book of all times is Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. There is no other book that even comes close to this in sheer genius combined with hilarity combined with absurdity combined with suspense. (Others come close on some of the areas, but none on the combination.)
By coincidence (or not) one of my other favourites is 'To Reign in Hell' by Steven Brust, which gives a totally new spin on the time before creation and the expulsion of Lucifer.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
