Astonishing. Even in translation. I still find myself a little haunted by this stroy, years after having begun it. 'The Sea of Fertility' by Yukio Mishima is a 'tetraology' comprising four separate novels: 'Spring Snow', 'Runaway Horses', 'The Temple at Dawn', 'The Decay of the Angel'.

Others would have to include, 'War and Peace', 'The Lord of the Rings', 'Touching the Void' by Simpson, and 'The Beckett Trilogy' by Samuel Beckett. smiley - smiley

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
