Maybe. 
We'd like to send some bits and bobs of h2g2 merchandise to someone who can distribute them to Researchers going to the meet who haven't had a chance to get them at any other meets.
We'd need someone willing to let me have their address (via email) so that I can send some goodies.

Seriously, Not sure where Z is at the moment but as they have put all the effort into this I won;t steal glory. However, if they don;t show their faces like tomorrow / sat then I shall volunteer as otherwise the 'merchandise' won;t get here in time.

Can you send it to me by email? Mina.ward at bbc.co.uk. Anna is out of the office at the moment, and I'm not sure when she will be back in. I'll need to know how many people are coming who haven't been to the official meet-up, is the list on the page up-to-date? We'll be sending some pens - wow!
We can also send you a couple of other bits, although you need to have some sort of competition so that you can give a prize or two. Do you think you can manage this?

Ok, maybe you should try sending a direct mail to see if it gets here any quicker. I'm going home soon myself, but as long as I get it by Monday I can send you some bits and bobs then.
