Where shall we go?

It does affect the Stansted Express though. So I won't even ask EV if he's happy to get back to the airport by train so we don't have to leave London so early.
Thanks KA!

There are a few advantages to my line of work. There should be replacement bus shuttles running- EV should be okay with those.

... Which leads on to my next question- what time are you playing on bailing?
I am apparently going clubbing afterwards, so f**k knows what'll end up happening.

Having checked, the Stanstead line is closed on the Sunday, and there will be road transport alternatives.

I was going to suggest that we stay in London once AGB has gone back, and put him on a train so we can hang out longer, but if it's a bus it'll be quicker to take him in a car.
I'll probably be going home when the pub shuts - AGB has to be back for a train midday normally, and so we have to get up early. We've been on the 'oh bugger I've missed my connection' roundabout before. Not putter her through that again.

Rightio-ho then- that sounds excellent. ALl I've got to do is convince 'im he doesn't want to bugger off to a club early.

I like the idea of going to both pubs, then everyone can be *happy*. Unfortunately, it looks like we'll be leaving a little early, needing to get back to Liverpool St for 11.30pm. Thanks for that link K-A, even though it's bad news, at least we know where we are!

That was the time I came down by coach, Mina, and there *was* only one connection back.
I wouldn't do that to myself again!
My train going back from Kings X is the 12-noon one, it'll be 2 hours to Doncaster, then a 2-hour coach-trip from Doncaster-Cleethorpes as they're still doing maintenance on Sundays in my neck of the woods.
I have to select the train back to qualify for the discount.

Can I just pass on some info gained from working in my line of business?
There is a mass school/college student anti war demo in central London on the 9th.

I think so, anyway. I've seen posters up but can't find any online info. I'll check tomorrow. Today was a student action day http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/education/2821871.stm

Hmm,w ell wandering about town on Sunday afternoon was out anyway. I didn't fancy walking about then driving to the airport. Pub for the afternoon anyone? And yes I know I can't have a drink if I am driving, but it's that or the Trocodero.
