Once this was an open-plan office, but as the area became more dnagerous the businesses moved away and the building fell into disrepair. Now the ceiliing tiles are broken or falling, the windows covered with board or open to the elements.

There is a sink against one wall, with a shaving mirror, some razors, toothpaste and a toothbrush on it. Nearby is a bedroll and a nightstand. A machine pistol is on the nightstand together with several spare clips and a framed photograph of a young boy.

The old office desks around the sink and the bedroll are covered with hardware; flak jackets, assault and sniper rifles, even rocket launchers and miniguns. Other, more unusual equipment is stacked in boxes neatly.
