Pixie Stiks

When God created the earth, he spent seven days making light, trees, penguins, and the like. After a while, though, he got bored, so he created something so seemingly dumbfoundingly stupid that even he would never cease to be entertained by its colosssal sucess. He called it the Pixie Stik, and it was good. Essentially, a Pixie Stik is a small paper tube filled with sugar, various noxious chemicals, and dyes. It seems likely that something so mind-bogglingly dull would be laughed off the market, but somehow the majority of Americans find this to be a miraculous creation and consume them in mass quantities. I believe if we figure out exactly why this phenomenon is taking place, there would be such a sense of well-being after solving this mystery that we would achive instand world peace.
