Project #4: Make Lf and Tobias a Doctor Who Badge with moving parts in it... This is perhaps my most daunting task in ML yet, but I take heart in the fact that if I mess up, the site will be sure to tell me in large, bold and friendly letters so that I

- Blip and colspan objects that people make for smileys using pixel art, do not work w/the marquee tool thing.
