I've never seen the film myself, but I am aware of it's existance.

this entry is meant to be about close encounters, however, you seem to talk a lot about project bluebook, which i really don't think is needed.
there is an upcoming h2g2 University project comign up called 'Aliens Among Us', which is basically going to cover lots of different areas on aliens, and i was wondering if you'd be interested in removing this entry from peer review, and using part of it in a simple entry on close encounters, basically a small introduction and then hat the close encounters are, and a much larger entry on project bluebook, which is a very large subject. you would also be able to get involved and contribute to a lot of other entries on aliens, and in a few months when the project is finished, all the entries will be edited and you'll have contributed to a load of great entries on aliens.
what do you think?

Interesting.
The inclusion of Blue Book stems from the fact that the terms and classification were invented by one of its chief researchers.
I'll think about the offer.
Thanks.

i simply think it talks too much about bluebook.
take as long as you like to decide, however, if you don't go for it, then i think a combination of this with part two or a shortening of this entry would make it much better.

Just to let you know that this entry has been scouted for the EG.
I think this is a superb entry that can stand alone as an Edited Guide piece. The advantage of it going through PR et al is that it gets into the Guide that little bit quicker.
As they say, my friend, the decision is yours.
Let me know either way.
Ashley

I think I'd like it to stand alone in the EG.
So yes, Ashley please scout and pick this entry!
Congratulations - Your Entry has been Picked for the Edited Guide!

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!
Congratulations - Your Entry has been Picked for the Edited Guide!
