Ramon's Cafe, Cardiff, Wales, UK

Ramons Cafe is a little greasy spoon cafe in the student-infested area of Cardiff known as Cathays. Ramons provides the weary workman/traveller/hung-over student with the finest fry-up money can buy.
Go there, eat, be happy and marvel at the tiny tables which sit very high off the floor, as to be closer to one's gob. Be amused at the "No smoking room" out the back. Be amazed at the sheer number of calories it's possible to fit on one large oval plate. For a mere 2.70 you can get a "special breakfast" (one up from the "ordinary breakfast") which, after eating, will mean that you will LITERALLY not need, nor desire, to eat for a full twenty-four hours. This phenomenon has been observed many times by this researcher.
Ramons can be found on Salisbury road, near two pubs called "Gassy Jacks" and "The Social", and opposite a convenience store that handily stocks cans of Coca-Cola for guzzling afterwards. It is not too far away from the Civic centre, nearest to the museun and university main building. You will never have a breakfast quite like it again. Unless you go there again of course, where you will have a..., oh never mind. Just go there.
