Sean I have been doing some shopping and I am drinking some . It is very important that you are in plain skin as this will help you to access long conversations. How can you tell you are in plain skin by the colour of the background of your screen. If your screen background is grey then you are in plain skin if not then you must change it. To do that you go into Plain skin for digibox users A948602 (click onto the blue text) and it will tell you how to change your skin. I hope this is of help.
